1. Open Adjprog.exe
2. Select Printer Model
3. Click 'Particular Adjustment Mode'
4. Then click 'Waster Ink pad counter'
5. Select 'Main pad counter' and 'Platen pad counter' then click on Check button
6. Select 'Main pad counter' and 'Platen pad counter' then click on Initialize
7. Turn OFF the printer and ON again
