How to install .net framework 3.5 using DISM Command In Windows 10 offline


  1. Insert Windows 10 DVD / Mount Windows 10 ISO/ Insert the bootable flash drive with Windows 10  
  2. Please note the drive letter of the Windows 10 installation media (CD drive/ Flash drive/ Mounted driver)
  3. Then open the Command Prompt as Administrator
    .net frame work 3.5 DISM command, offline installer, Microsoft framework installer offline command
  4. Enter the following code in your command prompt: DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:X:\sources\sxs

  5. Please replace the Red-colored letter of the above command with the drive letter of your installation media and hit Enter.

How to enable .net framework 3.5 using DISM Command In Windows 8.1 

  1. Insert Windows 8.1 DVD / Mount Windows 8.1 ISO/ Insert the bootable flash drive with Windows 8.1 and please note the drive letter.
  2. Open Command Prompt Run as Administrator
  3. Then copy and paste the following code in your command prompt: DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:X:\sources\sxs and you should replace the red color letter of the command (Depends on your installation media) then hit Enter.
  4. The Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) will be installing or enabling .net framework in offline mode

How to Install Microsoft Dot Net Framework offline in Windows 8

  1. You need a windows 8 image File like DVD, Bootable flash drive or Mounted ISO file.
  2. Open Windows CMD Prompt with Administrator user rights.
  3. And you must type the following command in MS-DOS prompt: DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:X:\sources\sxs and you must replace the letter "X" (Drive letter of the installation media) then hit Enter.
  4. The command will enable this Windows feature.
